\nDopo tanti anni, tanti tour e tanti dischi e a meno di un anno e mezzo dall’uscita dell’ultimo lavoro “Wildfire”, il trio hardcore bresciano decide di fermarsi.
\nEcco l’annuncio della band.<\/p>\n

[ENG]<\/strong> The Smashrooms go on indefinite hiatus.
\nAfter many years, many tours, many records and after less than one year and a half after the release of their latest work “Wildfire”, the italian hardcore trio decided to stop.
\nHere’s the band ‘s annoucement.<\/p>\n

A TUTTI\/E VOI… | TO ALL OF YOU… (english text below, scroll down)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Qualche giorno fa ci siamo trovati a parlare un po’ delle nostre vite e di questo gruppo, che di esse \u00e8 sempre stato una parte molto importante.<\/em><\/p>\n

Abbiamo parlato tanto e alla fine abbiamo preso una decisione che, per quanto sofferta, crediamo sia la pi\u00f9 giusta da prendere in questo momento.<\/em><\/p>\n

THE SMASHROOMS SI FERMANO, A TEMPO INDEFINITO.<\/em><\/p>\n

Non abbiamo voluto parlare di scioglimento. Non \u00e8 uno scioglimento.<\/em><\/p>\n

Perch\u00e8 questo di solito arriva quando le persone non vanno pi\u00f9 d’accordo, le band non hanno pi\u00f9 niente da dire o non possono portare avanti il proprio progetto.<\/em><\/p>\n

Invece la nostra amicizia e ci\u00f2 che condividiamo come gruppo e come individui sono ancora intatti. Sentiamo che il nostro messaggio, parte importantissima della nostra musica, \u00e8 ancora vivo, per noi che negli anni lo abbiamo portato in giro, cos\u00ec come per tutte quelle persone che da esso hanno ricevuto qualcosa. Persone che ci hanno sempre dimostrato affetto, supporto disinteressato e amicizia.<\/em><\/p>\n

Le cose che ti permettono di continuare a fare ci\u00f2 che ami e ci\u00f2 in cui credi sono molteplici, ma pu\u00f2 capitare che l’energia, gli stimoli, la motivazione, possano venir meno.<\/em><\/p>\n

Abbiamo sempre voluto dare il massimo per questo gruppo e oggi questo non ci risulta possibile.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cIl futuro non \u00e8 scritto\u201d, hanno detto. Noi crediamo che sia cos\u00ec. Non sappiamo cosa succeder\u00e0 in futuro, ma sappiamo che qualsiasi cosa faremo nelle nostre vite, cercheremo di farla al meglio delle nostre possibilit\u00e0, come abbiamo sempre fatto.<\/em><\/p>\n

Suoneremo ancora tre concerti, quelli che erano gi\u00e0 in programma.<\/em><\/p>\n

A few days ago we met to talk about our lives and this band, which has always been a very important part of them.<\/em><\/p>\n

We’ve been talking a lot and we eventually took a decision, which is as painful as right to take in this moment.<\/em><\/p>\n

THE SMASHROOMS STOP HERE, INDEFINITELY.<\/em><\/p>\n

We didn’t want to talk about breaking up. This is not a breaking up.<\/em><\/p>\n

Because usually bands break up when people don’t get along anymore, they have nothing left to say or just can’t keep up their project.<\/em><\/p>\n

But our friendship and what we share as a band as well as individuals still remain intact.<\/em><\/p>\n

We feel that our message, which is a very important part of our music, is still alive, for us as well as for those people who got something out of it during these years. People that always showed us love, disinterested support and friendship.<\/em><\/p>\n

There are many things that make you keep up the things you love, but it can happen to run out of energy, excitement, motivation.<\/em><\/p>\n

We always wanted to give our best for this band and this doesn’t seem to be possible today.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cThe future is unwritten\u201d, they said. We believe it is so. We don’t know what will happen in the future, but we know that whatever we’ll be doing in our lives, we’ll always try to do it at our best, just like we’ve always done.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

We’ll play three more shows, which were already scheduled.<\/em><\/p>\n
