After sharing the stage multiple times in Europe,<\/span> Winnipeg’s Greg Rekus <\/b><\/span>and <\/span>Italian punk rock singer-songwriter Gab De La Vega<\/b><\/span> are going to tour the <\/span>United States and Canada <\/b><\/span>together in <\/span>November.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>With an acoustic guitar in hand and a giant stomp box under his feet, <\/span>Greg Rekus<\/b><\/span> is an incredible performer and an unstoppable tour machine, with appearances all over Canada, United States, Mexico and Europe. His latest release, <\/span>\u201cSibling Cities\u201d (2017)<\/b><\/span>,<\/span> sees <\/span>John Paul Peters (Royal Canoe, Comeback Kid, Propagandhi<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>) as engineer\/producer, to condense Rekus’ <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>trademark punk rock-infused folk music into one solid album. He <\/span>will be making his fourth appearance at <\/span>No Idea Record\u2019s \u201cThe Fest\u201d i<\/b><\/span>n Gainesville, FL before being joined by <\/span>Gab De La Vega<\/b><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Italian singer-songwriter <\/span>Gab De La Vega<\/b><\/span> will be touring North America for the first time. He’s a musician with a <\/span>hardcore punk background<\/b><\/span> and well-rooted in the <\/span>European DIY scene<\/b><\/span>. <\/span>Throughout the years he’s <\/span>toured Europe extensively<\/b><\/span>, from Portugal to Poland, the U.K. to Sweden, from Germany to the Balkans, and he’s opened for <\/span>Against Me!, Chuck Ragan, Kevin Seconds (7 Seconds), Austin Lucas, Tim Vantol, Ceremony,<\/b><\/span> and many more.
\n<\/span>His latest release, <\/span>\u201c<\/b><\/span>I Want Nothing\u201d 7\u201d (2017)<\/b><\/span>,<\/span> is his first studio release with<\/span> a full band arrangement, <\/span>a real attempt to come out of his comfort zone.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Greg Rekus and Gab De La Vega <\/span><\/strong>will make their way up the <\/span>East Coast of the United States<\/b><\/span> into <\/span>Canada, with shows in Quebec and Ontario. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
