Blowfuse release single “Move On” from new album due out in March

Blowfuse are coming back and they’re hammering it out! They have just released the video for the brand new single “Move On,” an incendiary track as only they can produce.

WATCH THE VIDEO:

The new single is the first taken from the new album to be released in March 2024 by Epidemic Records in Italy, in partnership with SBÄM Records (worldwide), HFMN in Spain and Infected Records in Portugal.
Epidemic Records has started pre-orders on its store, with as many as 10 different bundles available: www.epidemicrecords.net/store/50-blowfuse (with the possibility of also picking up the previous Daily Ritual, which had marked the beginning of the Barcelona band’s collaboration with Epidemic Records in Italy).

“Move On is a call to action and change. Its direct message conveys a sense of empowerment and the need to break free from the past to find a new direction in life,” says singer Oscar Puig. “The deleterious habit of complaining and self-pity only increases frustration. Only by accepting reality and taking responsibility can we navigate towards a new direction.”

Today Blowfuse is one of the best known and most active punk rock bands in their country, Spain. The band, was founded around 2008 in Barcelona and began performing under the name Godfarts. While making themselves known as Godfarts, they released their first album “Messed Up Minds” in 2010. The band was renamed Blowfuse in 2013. In the same year they released “Into The Spiral,” recorded, produced and mixed by Darian Rundall, who has also worked with bands such as Pennywise, TSOL, Suicidal Tendencies and U.S. Bombs.

Influenced by the punk rock waves of the 1980s and 1990s and the skateboard lifestyle, Blowfuse created their own style, mixing the aggressiveness of hardcore punk, the catchy melodies of 1990s punk rock, the powerful riffs of classic rock, and their acidic, paranoid lyrics.

They have toured with bands such as Pennywise and 7 Seconds and played all over Europe. Sometimes even for more than two months. Blowfuse have also played with bands such as Adolescents, Face to Face, Authority Zero, A Wilhelm Scream, Youth Brigade, The Casualties, The Unseen and many others. In 2013 they also played on stage at the major Resurrection Fest, sharing the stage with Bad Religion, Millencolin and Biohazard.

Being so young, they are having one of their best times, working on new projects, touring, filming their particular videos… And, of course, totally committing themselves to what they loved, and still love, music.
